Requirements
The return policy applies to all products from Sadeeqy Store.
The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, sealed in the original packaging, and unused or unopened.
If the pet owner purchases products using Visa, MasterCard, or Mada cards, the refund will be returned to the card used for the purchase. The refund period depends on the policy of the bank (or electronic payment gateway) providing the service. Whether the payment was made in cash on delivery or via bank transfer, we will transfer the product's value to the customer’s bank account after obtaining their bank details. The customer also has the option to receive a gift card instead of a refund to their card or bank account.
If the wrong product was delivered, the product does not match the specifications, or the shipment arrives in poor condition, Sadeeqy Store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
We do not offer product exchanges, only returns.
The refund will be processed after verifying the product's condition at Sadeeqy’s distribution center.
