• For Riyadh and Jeddah: Delivery takes up to 24 hours.
• For other cities: Delivery typically takes 3-6 days.
We offer free delivery on orders above 199 SAR.
For smaller orders, the delivery fee is:
25 SAR for up to 40 kg
30 SAR for 40.1 kg – 50 kg
40 SAR for anything above 50 kg.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Currently, we only ship within Saudi Arabia. Stay tuned as we expand to more locations.
We provide same day delivery if ordered before 1:00PM — Only in Jeddah and Riyadh

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the products are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please return it to our delivery team immidiatly or reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, and grooming products are non-returnable.
